Below are 2 charts that help to explain both the Board & Association initial proposals.  There's information on the current working conditions, proposal, and what it means for teachers in ANESU.

Handouts are created for Board members to refer to on each Association proposal article.  The teacher team uses these to explain comparables (what other teacher contracts have in the area, the basis for most settlements), key arguments, and rationale.  Each of the handouts below were given out at the meetings listed to support the presentations given by the teachers.
