Your Convention 2009
HOLD THE DATE! The 159th Vermont-NEA Educators' Convention
Thursday, October 21, 2010 BURLINGTON HIGH SCHOOL
Your Convention Needs You
The 159th edition of the Vermont-NEA Educators’ Convention, slated for Oct. 21 at Burlington High School, is already shaping up to be exciting, informative and innovative. This year, besides returning to a school (what better place to celebrate public education than in a public school?), the convention is designed to reflect you, your needs, your passions and your classrooms.
To that end, the Convention Committee is seeking members who have something exciting to share – an innovative approach to teaching, an exciting project, a passion for technology – to join us and be a presenter. If you want to share your enthusiasm, your technique, your results with your colleagues,
please email Committee Chairwoman Terry Buehner.
Let her know what you want to do, how long you want to present, and any special technological or support needs you may have. She’ll get back to you.
Don’t forget to hold the date: October 21, 2010, at Burlington High School.
